While working at balancing life's varying roles such as mother, grandmother, friend, career woman and more, Lydia has spent many years as a trainer and instructor in the fitness world.  In 2004 Lydia personally experienced the benefits of Pilates, more specifically STOTT PILATES®.  After seeing and feeling the dramatic changes this form of exercise brought to her mind & body she pursued a career in Pilates.  


Since becoming a STOTT PILATES® Certified Instructor in 2005 Lydia has help many individuals accomplish goals that brought them to a healthier, stronger lifestyle.    


As a strong advocate for women's health and wellbeing Lydia will continue to actively partner with those wanting the benefits Pilates can give to them.
